The Single Window Clearance Authority (SWCA) is responsible for providing a hassle-free, simplified, and time-bound process for obtaining necessary approvals and clearances for setting up and operating a business. The SWCA is a nodal agency that serves as a one-stop-shop for investors and entrepreneurs to obtain all the required approvals and licenses from various departments and agencies under the State government. The authority ensures that the investors are provided with relevant information on various schemes and incentives available for investment in Arunachal Pradesh. It also assists them in identifying suitable land parcels and helps in obtaining necessary approvals from various departments.
The SWCA aims to develop and maintain the Single Window Portal, receive, process and dispose of all applications through the SWP and authorise communications pertaining to the Single Window processes and procedures, prescribe the mode and procedure for delivery of services and disposal of applications through the online portal through notification.
