Please follow the following procedure to apply for any Services / Licenses.

Step 1 - For new users, Citizens need to get themselves registered on the State EoDB Portal.
Step 2 - Once registered, Apply for UBIN (Unique Business Identification Number).
Step 3 - Once the UBIN is approved, Apply for Services / Licenses using the same UBIN Number.
